Forgot your password? Reset it through your email.
1. On your FLASH Coach login screen, go ahead and select the ’Forgot password’ option.
2. You’ll then be prompted to enter your email address. Please enter your primary email address, corresponding to the one that is registered to FLASH Home.
3. A password reset email should be sent over to your inbox. Make sure to check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t get it within a few minutes.
4. Click the link in the email to reset your password. For security, you’ll need to choose a new one. Once your password is changed, the link will expire and can’t be used again.
5. Once you’re done, you’ll be taken back to the login page. Log in with your username and new password to access your Dashboard. Learn how to navigate it properly according to your role here.
