Learn how Coaches can overwrite the final score calculated by the system.
Should your Coachee fail the subject, an option to overwrite the score will be displayed.
If you consider your Coachee to have merits for passing, tick the checkbox to ‘Overwrite with passing score’ and provide a suitable reason. You will not be able to proceed without adding a reason.
Provide a summary of the review session to give both parties a context for reference and ‘Proceed to summary’.
After adding the summary, you will be directed to a new page that displays the full details of the entire coaching session.
The review summary page gives you a record of each step in the coaching process. Clicking on the collapsible button icon expands the section to display details of the subject and information added by your Coachee in the GROW model.
Give the summary a look through and add Compliments to the ‘Notes’ tab if you wish. When you’re done, tap on ‘End review session’ to mark the completion of one coaching session.
