Understanding incomplete sessions

Sessions are marked as incomplete after a certain period to help keep everything organized and on track. Here’s why this automatic status change happens.

For PDCA sessions:

  • No action has been taken within three (3) days of the scheduled review date for your session with the status of Pending Checkpoint, Progressing, or Ready to Review.
  • No action has been taken within five (5) days of the scheduled review date for your session with the status of Pending Confirmation or Scheduled.

For PD sessions:

  • PD sessions won’t be automatically marked as incomplete since no review date is assigned. Your Coach or Supervisor will need to close them manually.
