2-factor Authentication

Navigate 2-factor authentication while logging in to FLASH Coach easily.

2-factor authentication applies to all FLASH Coach users. The persons in charge of each team will have to request 2-factor authentication – through either email verification or an authenticator, depending on your Functional Unit – when it comes to logging in to FLASH Coach to ensure security and confidentiality.

This verification method will require users to enter their unique username and password, as well as a 6-digit verification code obtained from your email inbox, or a Microsoft or Google Authenticator app through a mobile device or your browser extension. 

Here’s how to log in to FLASH Coach.

1. Enter your unique username and password used to access the platform.

2. You’ll then be required to scan a QR code through your mobile Authenticator app.

⭐️ In instances where your login details or authentication device are lost, you can reset your QR by raising a ticket to digital.support@tdcx.com.

If your team uses email verification, you should be able to receive your code through your inbox.

3. Once you’ve gotten your code, select 'I've gotten my code' and input the code before selecting 'Verify'.

4. You’ll then be redirected to your Dashboard upon successful verification, which you can learn how to navigate here

⭐️ If you don’t have access to an Authenticator app, please reach out and ask your Team Lead or Coach for the 6-digit verification code.
