How to use Flash Reward as a source of truth for all KPI metrics.
Flash Reward is added as a subject for the PDCA framework as it relates to the Coachee’s KPI. If the Coachee is eligible for the Flash Reward KPI, it is displayed as a subject for selection, relevant to both the Conversational and GROW coaching models.
Here’s a quick read on how you can utilize Flash Reward:
- Create a coaching session as per usual for a selected Coachee.
- Select whether you’d want to coach using the Conversational Model or the GROW Model.
- Select subject(s) for the Coachee from the dropdown menu. If the subjects listed do not have a “(Flash Reward)”, it means the Coachee is not eligible for Flash Reward-related subjects.
- Enter the current metric or insert a link to a relevant document. The Project Target KPI and MTD Metric will be populated automatically, and the Coach can amend them if necessary.

Continue adding subjects (if any).
1. Add any "Session Notes" if you have any additional information to prepare the Coachee.
2. When you're ready, select "Create and send invitation".

The next step is for the Coachee to accept the invitation. Depending on the coaching model selected, the status will differ:
- “Pending Confirmation” for GROW model, as Coachee will need to start preparing.
- “Scheduled” for Conversational model, as Coachee will not need to make prior preparations.

The coachee, using the GROW model will need to complete the form before the coaching session begins. Under the “Skill to improve” section, the dropdown list for non-Flash Reward subjects changes to an open text field. The Coachee must manually enter a skill to improve that is relevant to the subject being coached.
