Can’t input the metrics when you’re coaching at a Checkpoint? Here’s what you can do.

Checkpoints scores can be updated once the checkpoint date arrives or any day after. First, check that your session is under the ‘Progressing’ status and the checkpoint date has arrived or already passed. Update the score and save.
If you find that you are unable to input the metrics during such a session, make sure the checkpoint date has arrived or already passed. Otherwise, please reach out to digital.support@tdcx.com to raise the issue.
