Regain access to your authenticator app by using recovery questions.
Trying to access Flash Coach but unable to access your Microsoft or Google Authenticator for the 6-digit code?
Go ahead and select ‘Lost access to your authenticator app?’ and follow the next steps.
You will be prompted to answer the recovery question(s) you selected during setup.
Once validation is successful, do check your email for a verification code.
Return to Flash Coach and enter the code from the email.
The system will generate a new QR code. Open your Google or Microsoft Authenticator app to scan the QR code and retrieve 6-digit verification codes.
Input the 6-digit code from the app. You should be logged in and be able to use Flash Coach as usual.
