How Coachees acknowledge and archive a coaching session

After ending a session, you will have to rate the session through a satisfaction survey, and then archive it to store it in your logs.

After your overall coaching session has been completed, your Coach will record your performance score during your final review to determine if you have passed or failed the subject assigned to you.

Once this is done, you can end your session on FLASH Coach and archive it. This will help officially record your session within your logs and calculate your overall performance based on your satisfaction as well as the total number of sessions you’ve attended. Here’s how to do so:

1. Click on the notification to be redirected to the relevant session.

2. Once you’ve done that, you should see an overview of your session, including scores given during checkpoints.

3. On top of the summary page, you should be able to see a satisfaction survey. This will allow you to rate the overall coaching session. The survey will also contribute to the Happiness meter seen on your dashboard.

  • The smiley face indicates that it’s been a good session.
  • The neutral face indicates that it’s been merely acceptable.
  • The unhappy face indicates that it’s not been a productive session.

4. Underneath the rating, you will also see the option to ‘Archive session’.

5. Read through and acknowledge the summary of your session, which will include the final grades given to you by your Coach as well as their rating of you.

6. Once you’re done, go ahead and select ‘Are you satisfied with this session?’ to officially archive your session.

7. Now that you have archived this session, it will be stored in your ‘Logs’ so that you can refer back to it any time.

⭐️ If you don’t provide a rating for your PDCA session within seven (7) days, the session will automatically be set to ‘Completed’ and archived.
