Further explore your FLASH Coach views, from your dashboard, sessions, profile, logs, and settings.
As a Coachee, your dashboard will be more streamlined and only cover information related to you and your coaching sessions.
Here’s how to best utilize FLASH Coach accordingly, and perform optimally during your overall coaching journey.
On the left of your screen, you will be able to see a main navigation menu which houses the pages you can access within FLASH Coach. Once you log in, you will be directed to your dashboard by default.
Dashboard view
You will have a targeted view of your coaching sessions and a comparison to the team average for progress tracking.
1. From the drop-down menu, you can choose how you want to view your results, whether it’s by month, quarter, or year.
2. There are three main pie charts illustrating the following:
- 'Happiness': sessions that you’ve rated as satisfactory by selecting the smiling face
icon when you end and archive a session.
- 'Compliment likes': positive feedback that the Coach left for you.
- 'Success': your total passing rate from the subjects you’ve undergone coaching for.
3. Underneath that, you will be able to view any latest compliments from your Coach.
4. Within this next section, you can measure your progress compared to the team average. Here, you will be able to view the metrics for the 'Most coached subjects', 'Most failed subjects', and 'Top skills to improve'. This can provide valuable insights into how you can better your performance as an employee.
Sessions view
You can find this page on your navigation menu, and this displays the status of your coaching sessions that your Coach has set up.
Profile view
On this page, you can review your personal profile, with details such as your full name, employee ID, functional unit, market where applicable, and, of course, your current designation (or job) and your assigned Coach.
You can opt to 'VIEW SESSIONS', which will lead you to the sessions page as described above, or 'VIEW LOGS' to view your overall coaching logs instead.
Logs view
These are your previous coaching sessions that have ended and stored, which happens once you have ended and archived a session.
Here, you’ll be able to have a clearer overview of the subjects and sessions you’ve passed or failed, on top of your average session times, and the duration of your longest and shortest sessions.
If you’re unsure about how to end a session properly, you can learn how to do so here.
Settings view
As a Coachee, your settings will only comprise the ability to 'Change password'.
If you wish to find out how to do so properly, go ahead and read this article detailing the process here.
