How Coachees can refer to Checkpoints

Coaches will set Checkpoints to check in with you and ensure you are on track with your progress and goals.

Checkpoints are points between your one-on-one coaching discussions and your final review date.

During your checkpoint, your Coach will rate your performance according to how you’ve been doing based on the GROW model that’s been planned when you first started your coaching session.

1. You should receive a notification to inform you that your Coach has updated your checkpoint.

2. Select the notification to view your Coach’s rating of your performance so far and the areas for improvement.

3. If you don’t see a notification, select 'Sessions' on the left of your screen and look for sessions with the 'Progressing' status to find the right one.

4. Once you have been redirected to your Session by clicking on the notification or selecting the right Session, you will be able to view your Checkpoint dates from there.

After your checkpoints have all been completed, you will then have your final review with your Coach. Find out more about what it entails here.
