How 'Pending Confirmation', 'Scheduled', 'Pending Checkpoints', 'Progressing', 'Ready for Review', and 'Pending Rating' relate to stages in coaching.
After each activity in the coaching process is completed, the status of the session changes accordingly, as you would see at the far right side of your 'Sessions' section.
These statuses are to track the stage you are at in the coaching process. For your ease of understanding, we have defined the stages and matched the status accordingly. The below table illustrates how status and stages correlate.

| Setting up - Coaches initiate a coaching session and invites a specific individual to the session. |
'Pending Confirmation' - Coachees have yet to accept the invitation to a coaching session, and are required to do so to continue. This is only applicable for sessions operating on the PD sessions, or PDCA sessions which utilize the GROW model. |

One-on-one coaching - Coach and Coachee meet either on-site or virtually on the scheduled date for discussion and coaching. |
'Scheduled' - Sessions in which Coaches have selected the Conversational Model will display this immediately. If the GROW model was selected, this status indicates that Coachees have accepted the invitation and completed their preparation for one-on-one coaching. 'Pending Checkpoints' - One-on-one coaching was completed and Coach is required to set dates for checking in on the Coachee’s progress, before the scheduled final review. |

Checkpoints - Check-ins with Coachee on their progress before review. Activities during checkpoints may vary, depending on the subject and Coach’s decision. |
'Progressing' - The checkpoints have been set and both Coach and Coachee are to commit to the checkpoint dates and activities scheduled. |

Review - Final one-on-one meeting to determine if Coachee passes or fails the subject. |
'Ready for Review' - The final review is scheduled to be carried out and completed once the Coach has saved all scores. |

Rating - Coachees or Coaches to rate their experience of the particular coaching session. |
'Pending Rating' - For PDCA sessions, Coachees have to rate their experience of the coaching session and archive the session into their logs. However, for PD sessions, the Coaches will have to rate the sessions. |
