Attend or conduct a final review before you officially end your coaching session.
The final step, and final one-on-one meeting between the Coach and the Coachee, is known as the final review. You can learn about what you might expect from a final review here, either as a Coach or a Coachee.
This review will be scheduled by the Coach, and both Coaches and Coachees should be informed of the upcoming final review session prior to it happening.
During the review, the Coach and Coachee will be able to discuss the Coachee’s performance throughout the coaching session, based on the goals set within the GROW model, as well as whether or not the Coachee has met the objectives and therefore has achieved a Pass or Fail. This will be determined by the Coach through the final score assigned to the Coachee.
If the system has determined that the Coachee has failed, the Coach also has the power to overwrite the score.
After the final review has been completed on FLASH Coach, the Coachee will then be prompted to rate the session through a survey, which will then be used to calculate the Happiness meter seen on the Coachee’s Dashboard. This will then allow the Coachee to archive the session and store it for future reference within their logs.
