Learn about a Coachee’s role and explore how to navigate the scoresheet, sessions, logs, profile, and settings.
As a Coachee, your primary task is to attend coaching sessions set up by your Coach, who is assigned to the same sub-functional unit as you.
Each coaching session is made up of three key components:
One-on-one meetings: conducted online or on-site with your Coach.
Checkpoints: check-ins scheduled by your Coach between one-on-one sessions to track your progress.
Final review: a closing session where you receive final scores based on the objectives from your GROW form. Once completed, you can end and archive the overall session.
