Best practices for Coaches to make the final review a productive one.
The final review is to determine whether your Coachee passes or fails the subject that you have coached them on. Here are a couple of ways to ensure you’re informed of the review session:
- Check your TDCX email for a daily notification from FLASH Coach.
- Using the calendar on ‘Dashboard’.
- Checking your ‘Notifications’ by clicking on the notification bell
icon for the latest updates.
Clicking on any of the three above-mentioned options will direct you to the page to update checkpoint score for the final review.
Click on the white space to reveal a text cursor 'l' icon and type the final score.
Click on the clipboard icon to add a checkpoint validation activity (if any). ‘Confirm’ the selected activity to continue.
You can now click on the ‘Start review session’ button to have a discussion with your Coachee about the entire coaching process before determining their end result.
However, if you find a need to postpone, read this article to understand how that works.
Upon clicking ‘Start review session’, a new page opens to display the session’s summary.
You can minimize the display of summary by clicking on the collapsible button icon. Scroll on to find the final score that you have added. The system will then determine if the final score exceeds or fails to meet the target set by your Coachee in the GROW model.
If your Coachee did not meet the mark and the system determined a failure, this article shows you how you can overwrite the score.
⭐️ Having trouble moving onto your review session? Make sure you have already set your checkpoint date and scored the checkpoint.
