Your 6-digit verification code might have expired, or you might have keyed in the wrong code.

Please make sure you have input the correct code generated by your Authenticator app, and that it has not already expired. If you don’t have access to an Authenticator app, be sure to reach out to your Team Lead in order to access your 6-digit code.

Should the verification codes you’re inputting be correct, you will need to check and make sure both your laptop and phone’s times are aligned correctly. The difference of even a minute between your devices will trigger the verification code’s expiry, as it’s only valid for 30 seconds.

You can follow these steps to adjust the time settings on your mobile device. Keep in mind, this is a general guideline and may differ based on the model you're using:

  1. Go to 'Settings'.
  2. Select 'General/System'.
  3. Select 'Date and Time'.
  4. Enable 'Set time automatically' and 'Set time zone automatically'.
  5. Restart your authenticator app if necessary.
