Why does my email not exist?

This might not be your primary email address registered to FLASH Coach.

Please check your primary email updated in your FLASH Home profile and ensure this is the same one you’re using to log in to FLASH Coach.

If you aren’t using the same email address, please ensure you are using your primary email address and the one registered to FLASH Home to log in to FLASH Coach.
