If you’re experiencing a bug when it comes to your FLASH Coach, you can send an email to digital.support@tdcx.com.
When sending your email, please include specific details to ensure a smoother process in assisting you, such as:
- Your country
- Your Functional Unit and Sub-Functional Unit listed in FLASH Home
- A description of the issue you are experiencing
- If any users are affected, the relevant user accounts
- If there are any issues related to sessions, the Session ID number or URL
- Screenshots corresponding to the issues you’re facing
