How do I report bugs or issues?

Spotted a glitch in your FLASH Coach? Here’s who you can get in touch with.

If you’re experiencing a bug when it comes to your FLASH Coach, you can send an email to digital.support@tdcx.com.

When sending your email, please include specific details to ensure a smoother process in assisting you, such as:

  • Your country
  • Your Functional Unit and Sub-Functional Unit listed in FLASH Home
  • A description of the issue you are experiencing
  • If any users are affected, the relevant user accounts
  • If there are any issues related to sessions, the Session ID number or URL
  • Screenshots corresponding to the issues you’re facing
