FLASH Coach is a web-based platform only available to TDCX employees. It enables Coaches to set up Coaching Sessions with Coachees in various subjects where required.
These subjects range from performance-based issues at work to behavioral issues that Coachees might exhibit.
The Sessions consist of several one-to-one sessions set by the Coach that can be done on-site or online through a virtual call. If you’re curious to know more, here’s how you can create a session.
