If you’re using FLASH Coach, you will definitely fall under one of these roles. Roles are determined by your job grade and designation in the organization. Here is an overview of what each one can do when you access our platform.

- Attends Coaching Sessions
- Plans their sessions using the GROW form with their Coaches during the first one-on-one session, or answers questions using the Conversational Model during their one-on-one sessions

- Sets up and manages Coaching Sessions
- Helps guide Coachee with answers during one-on-one sessions for Conversational Model questions
- Updates Coachees’ results at Checkpoints
- May have multiple Coachees at one time

- Manages and edits user information

| Functional Unit Manager |
- Manages subject details and edits user information
- Can create Coaching Sessions on behalf of other Coaches

- Views information on users and campaigns

- Views Coaching information
