Find out how users can be added to FLASH Coach, depending on their roles.
By default, if you are an active user within your FLASH Home, you should be able to log in to FLASH Coach by using your unique username and password. If you're a first-time user, you can find out how to log in here.
Your role will usually be assigned based on your company job grade and position. However, if you spot any errors, don’t hesitate to reach out to us by selecting the 'Help' option to the bottom right of your screen.
If you aren’t connected to a TDCX office network, you can still log into FLASH Coach successfully using TDCX's VPN and following the necessary steps.
