How to edit user roles

Need to add or remove Coaches or Coachees, or update someone’s admin role? You’re in the right place to manage access, role capabilities, and user information.

There are a few ways to edit user roles, depending on which role you are editing.

(a) Coach and Coachee permissions

If you are a Coachee who needs Coach access to the platform, you can raise an exception request with your Functional Unit Manager’s permission. To do so, just reach out to the Digital Lab Support team by sending an email to digital.support@tdcx.com

If you are a Coach who needs to grant administrative access, you will also need to contact the Digital Lab Support team by emailing digital.support@tdcx.com with approval from both your Project Lead (Senior Manager and above) and the FLASH Coach POC of your country.
