Learn how to add or remove functional units.
If you're a Coordinator, FUM, or COE, this section is for you.
Go to the User Management page and locate the user you need. Click the pencil button.
Locate ‘Functional Unit’. You can add the user to a new Functional Unit by either:
- using the drop-down to select from available options
- clicking ‘X’ and type in the Functional Unit keyword
When you are done, click ‘Add’ and finally, ‘Save Changes’ to finalize everything.
To remove a Functional Unit, click the trash icon next to it and click ‘Save’. Note that the default unit can’t be removed.
⭐️ Remember: Coaches can be tagged to more than one Functional Unit, but Coachees can only belong to a single unit. This unit is defined in their Home profile and can’t be updated to include more.
