Here are the details for you to log in to FLASH Coach for the first time:
1. Default username: your FLASH Home username
If you aren’t sure of your FLASH Home username, here’s how you can access it:
(i) Go to “View My Profile” on your FLASH Home.
(ii) Select “Profile” and then choose “Personal Information”.
(iii) From there, you should be able to pick “Username” to view your username.
2. Default password: your employee ID
Once you have logged in successfully, you will be prompted to change your password. This gives you full access to account settings and helps ensure the security of your account.
