If this is your first time logging in to FLASH Coach, here’s how you can do so.
Welcome to FLASH Coach!
Here are the details for you to log in to Flash Coach for the first time:
- Default username: your Flash Home username
- Password: your employee ID
If you’re not sure of your username and password, here’s how to find it. Log in to Flash Home
and hover over the Home tab on the top left. Click to open the drop-down menu and select My Employee File.
In My Employee File, scroll down to Profile and click on it.
You’ll then see multiple cards with different titles.
1. Select the one titled Personal information.
2. This is your default password when logging in for the first time. You will be prompted to change it to a more secure one for future logins. Learn how to do so here.
3. This is your Username to be used when accessing Flash Coach.
4. Select View All for more granular information.
You can now view all information possibly required to use FLASH Coach:
1. Username
2. Primary email associated with FLASH Coach
3. Your Department and Functional Unit/Client
4. Make changes to any of this information by selecting Edit
