If you’re working from a TDCX office, you can log in to FLASH Coach easily.
Your device is already configured to connect to the company’s network. Upon entering the platform, continue to log in to https://coach.tdcx.com using your unique username and password.
If this is your first time logging in, your default username is your FLASH Home username and your password will be your employee ID.
⭐️ Remember to change your password to one that is unique and secure once you’ve logged in.
After that, key in the 6-digit code within the valid time frame depending on your verification method. For email verifications, this should be done within 5 minutes of it being sent to you. If you're using a Microsoft or Google Authenticator app, you should enter the code within 30 seconds.
