As a Functional Unit Manager (FUM), you have different permissions compared to that of a Coach. While you are still able to create coaching sessions, you are also able to assign them to different Coaches on their behalf.
However, your primary role leans more towards an administrative end, as you will have access to manage subject details and user information.
