When Coaches send out an invitation, the Coachee is notified to accept it for the session to commence.
After you create a coaching session based on the GROW model, it will be your Coachee’s turn to take the necessary action. You can read how Coachees accept a coaching session invitation as a guide for occasions when you are the Coachee.
Do note: this is only applicable to the GROW model. If the Conversational model is selected, the Session will be scheduled without needing the Coachee to accept the invitation.
As soon as the Coachee confirms their attendance, you can click on the bell icon to open notifications list and get the latest update.
Aside from notifications on FLASH Coach, both you and your Coachee will receive a daily reminder in your TDCX email of upcoming coaching and review sessions at 8am according to your country’s timezone.
