Understand the details displayed on your dashboard and go through details of sessions, teams, logs, and settings.
Your dashboard is the first place you will be redirected to once you log in to FLASH Coach.
Your navigation menu can be found on the left side of your screen. It contains the different areas of interest for your role as a Coach. Here’s what you can expect from each page within the menu.
Dashboard view
Your Dashboard contains a summary of activities within your team and coaching sessions. You can select to view a detailed breakdown by selecting the 'Team' tab.
The 'Personal' tab, however, gives you more information about coaching sessions you attend as a Coachee, with your supervisor as a Coach.
Team view
1. You can view your calendar which will be marked with any sessions scheduled for the week, along with the Coachee you will be meeting. To view more session details, simply select the session you want more information on.
2. The 'Team members’ coached sessions' breaks down the number of Coachees who have received coaching more than once or twice, or those who have yet to be coached. It also shows the number of coaching sessions in progress, total sessions closed, number of Coachees, and rate of FLASH Coach usage.
3. This section highlights feedback about your coaching. You can filter it by the month, quarter, or year. The three key coaching indicators are
- 'Happiness': the satisfaction rate given by Coachees about the sessions
- 'Compliment likes': positive feedback given by Coachee
- 'Success': the rate of Coachees passing their subjects
4. When selecting the drop-down list, you will be able to select Coachees and benchmark their individual performance against the team’s average performance.
5. Next, you’ll find performance indicators that consist of subjects Coachees receive the most coaching on, subjects with a high failure rate, and the top skills for improvement.
6. Underneath it, you’ll be able to see the number and type of sessions the Coachee has undergone, and compare it to the team average.
7. Finally, on its right, the session durations are displayed. These are measured by a session’s average time, as well as the longest and shortest sessions, with a specified time taken for each step in the PDCA framework.
Sessions view
Selecting 'Sessions' on the navigation menu will take you to view your scheduled coaching sessions.
The 'Team' tab will display the statuses of coaching sessions you have scheduled with team members. This is also where you can create a new coaching session.
⭐️ Even as a Coach, you might also attend sessions. To easily access your own sessions or to check your current progress, you can select the 'Personal' tab for a clearer view.
Teams view
In this section, you’ll find a list of your team members, with further details such as their employee IDs, functional units, sub-functional units, as well as their previous and upcoming sessions.
To view their personal profile, sessions, and logs, simply select a name to do so.
Logs view
On this page, you can access the coaching history of sessions completed by both you and your team members. This will help you keep track of overall team progress, and whether coaching has been beneficial or, alternatively, if more sessions are required.
Settings view
As a Coach, you are only able to access the 'Change password' option within your Settings. If you’re looking to do so, go ahead and read this article for more information.
