Learn how to use a Coordinator’s Dashboard to manage users, and view data of your functional units.
Upon logging in, you will be directed straight to your dashboard.
As a Coordinator, these pages are available for you to access from the navigation, which you will be able to see on the left side of your screen.
Functional unit view
There are two tabs available for you to switch from. By default, you will land on the ‘Functional Unit’ tab.
1. Right at the top of your dashboard, you will be able to see a drop-down menu that houses the functional units that you are overseeing.
2. 'Upcoming task' will show you a list of coaching sessions scheduled by Coaches within your unit.
3. The 'Overdue task' section displays sessions scheduled by Coaches in the unit that were registered as incomplete. You can click on any name and it will direct you to the Coach’s dashboard.
4. 'Recent activities' will allow you to see detailed logs of coaching activities that have taken place in the functional unit.
5. You can download coaching session reports, but only for Coaches who are part of your team under that sub-functional unit.
6. Once you scroll down, you will come across a section that breaks down the total number of Coachees and the number of sessions they have attended. This then will help track the session progress across the number of Coachees, and tabulate the platform’s usage rate.
7. Next, the pie charts record three key coaching indicators, which you can select to view by month, quarter, or year.
- 'Happiness': Coachees’ satisfaction with the coaching sessions.
- 'Compliment likes': positive feedback given by Coachees to Coaches.
- 'Success': rate of Coachees passing their subjects.
8. Now, you can benchmark an individual Coach’s sessions compared to the team’s average. Just select a name from the dropdown menu to see their 'Most coached subjects', the 'Most failed subjects', and the 'Top skills to improve' when it comes to their sessions.
9. The list of Coachees under the selected Coach will be displayed alongside their 'Compliance Rate', their 'Incomplete Rate' for unfinished sessions, and the 'Conditional pass rate' of Coachees.
10. Just underneath it, within the 'Type of sessions', you will see a chart showing whether the sessions are based on Performance or Behavior and Conduct.
11. Next to it, the 'Session duration' then breaks down the average, longest, and shortest time taken to complete a session with the duration in the PDCA steps recorded.
Team view
From here, you will have a bird’s eye view of your team members, as well as their particulars such as their names, employee IDs, units, and previous or upcoming sessions.
Alternatively, you can select the 'Personal' tab and view your own profile with details such as your full name, employee ID, functional unit, market (where applicable), designation, and assigned Coach.
From there, you can opt to view your 'Sessions' or 'Logs', which will then redirect you to the respective pages.
Logs view
You will be able to view the overall coaching sessions undertaken by your functional unit and Coaches.
As you might also conduct coaching sessions, you can select the 'Personal' tab to view the sessions you are an active Coach in.
