First time logging in or need a refresher on your Flash Coach profile? Here’s how to find it within Flash Home.
Your default profile is pulled from information recorded in Flash Home. Upon logging into Flash Home, mouse over to the Home tab at the top left. Click on it to open the drop-down menu and select My Employee File.
In My Employee File, scroll down to Profile and click on it.
You will see multiple cards with different titles.
1. Select the one titled Personal information.
2. This is your Username to be used when accessing Flash Coach.
3. Click View all to see all the important information at a glance.
Now you can see all the information related to the use of Flash Coach:
1. Your Username.
2. The primary email address.
3. The Functional Unit and Sub-Unit you belong to.
