How to log in to FLASH Coach externally
If you are neither connected to the TDCX office network nor the TDCX virtual private network (VPN) due
to the nature of your project, you will have to access the platform using https://coach-ext.tdcx.com/.
The login is similar to whether you are on a TDCX network or using the VPN–you are required to use
two-factor authentication.
First time logging in? Your default username is your FLASH Home username, and your password is your employee ID. Learn where to find your credentials.
Enter the 6-digit code within the valid time frame depending on your verification method. For email verifications, this should be done within 5 minutes of it being sent to you. If you're using a Microsoft or Google Authenticator app, you should enter the code within 30 seconds.
