How to access Flash Coach via a virtual private network (VPN).
If you are working off campus or at a client’s site, ensure that you have connected to TDCX virtual private network (VPN) before heading to https://coach.tdcx.com/. Without the VPN, you will encounter an error message. If you experience issues with the VPN or do not have access to a VPN, reach out to your local
IT team for support.
Upon successful connection to the VPN, you should be able to see the login page. If this is your first time logging in, your default username is your Flash Home username, and your password is your employee ID. Learn where to find your credentials.
After that, key in the 6-digit code within the valid time frame depending on your verification method.
For email verifications, this should be done within 5 minutes of it being sent to you. If you're using a
Microsoft or Google Authenticator app, you should enter the code within 30 seconds.
