If you’re working from a TDCX office, you can log in to FLASH Coach easily.
Your device is already configured to connect to the company’s network. If you belong to one of the sub-units enrolled to use the external platform, you may not be automatically connected to the company’s network. Hence, try logging in via https://coach-ext.tdcx.com/
Upon entering the platform, continue to log in using your unique username and password.
If this is your first time logging in, your default username is your Flash Home username, and your password is your employee ID. Learn where to find your credentials.
After that, key in the 6-digit code within the valid time frame depending on your verification method. For email verifications, this should be done within 5 minutes of it being sent to you. If you're using a Microsoft or Google Authenticator app, you should enter the code within 30 seconds.
